Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kiss n Kiss has no control over customs delays.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at katonas374@gmail.com. Lost package claims must be submitted:
- Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic (Hungary) orders
- Within 45 days for international orders
We'll investigate and arrange a free reprint or refund if eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund at no cost to you.
Please note: we do not accept returns for incorrect size or colour selections, as all products are made to order.
